Chancery 4o (181 x 135 mm). Collation: a-o8 p6 q8. 126 leaves. Gothic types 1:175 (title, headings), 5:80 (text). 35 lines and headline. Initial spaces with printed guide-letters. (Title stained, some dampstaining, a few head-lines shaved slightly.) Modern cloth-backed boards. Provenance: some early marginalia -- Estelle Doheny (morocco bookplate; purchased from Dawson's Bookshop, Los Angeles, 1 August 1941) -- donated to SMS in 29 August 1941.

Nicholas de Blone was a Polish clergyman and chaplain to the Bishop of Posen. This is a page-for-page reprint of the October 1488 edition from the same press. The tract was first published in Breslau ca 1475. BMC I, 150 (IA.2141); HC *3254; Pr 685; Goff N-84.
