Modern vellum, spine ink-lettered. Provenance: Kehlheim, Franciscans (17th-century inscription and their stamp of cross with SMK in a circle, fo.2r, and stamp on top edge) -- Estelle Doheny (paper bookplate; purchased from Dawson's Bookshop, Los Angeles, 1 November 1943 -- donated to SMS November 1943.
