"Having lately had an opportunity for it, I did not faile to move his Ma... at ye Treasury Chambers on behalfe of the Workmen of Portsmsh Yard, for their having a Quarters old Pay. His Ma... and my Lorde of ye Treasury were pleased to resolve that they should have it in Little time, and that it should be so Order'd that ye Pay might be made just before his Maj.. going downe to visit ye Yarde there, w... he proposes to doe this as in other Yeares past. Of w... you will please to take notice to Sr. R.. Beach, in answer to his Letter to you concerning this matter..."
