The lower central circular tier issuing two register of S-scrolled shaped branches with stylised foliate drip pans alternating with downswept scrolled branches of leaves, surmounted by floral sprays issuing from various registers, the shaped baluster stem surmounted by entwined leaves and downswept flowerheads, the lower part terminating with a faceted pendant boss, damages and losses
