Ref. 4070, painted in ivory-lined red, engine mounting in black, hose reels and details in grey green, fitted with rear mounted vertical single flue boiler in blued grass, flat tank vapourising spirit lamp and usual boiler fittings (some missing and some replaced), single double acting cylinder mounted on vertical in-line cast iron motion plate and engine base, with transverse gear shaft and flywheel, having either chains sprocket for locomotion or fire pump, vertical mounted single cylinder double acting geared pump, partly mounted below base level with nozzle to left hand suction poles and right hand side mounted water unit, comprising of pressure chamber, collecting dome and three lever controlled nozzles, all in polished brass, copper and nickel finish. The substantially-built vehicle fitted with rubber-tyred artillery wheels, three side-mounted hose reels (one wheel and wheel hoses missing) rear bench seat with bucket arm rails, front bench seat and tool lockers with hinged doors, lockable steering column and crown wheel, five dummy fire extinguishers, coal boxes, foot steps and other details, 1912 (F-G, paintwork worn, some lining obliterated, some paint removed from seat areas, repairs to pipework and burner, lacking in three fire extinguisher tops, front lamps, one hose reel and hoses and steam fittings including engine cylinder top lubricator, pressure gauge, whistle base and safety valves and fuel tank filler, rubber tyres replaced, side glass replaced with non original)
