A Swansea London-decorated slender oviform two-handled vase
Circa 1815, impressed SWANSEA and trident mark
With moulded gilt scroll and lotus handles, with moulded anthemion terminals flanking the flared neck painted with briar roses, the body with two bouquets of garden flowers reserved on a richly gilt seeded diaper-ground with scattered pink roses, the circular spreading foot and square base with specimen flowers and bouquets, between gilt C-scroll and pendant foliage borders (extensively restored)
