The hood headed by three brass finials above an astragal shaped door flanked by columns and enclosing a similarly shaped dial face centering Roman and Arabic chapter rings above a waisted case centering a line-inlaid shaped door flanked by fluted quarter columns all over a line-inlaid box base, on ogee bracket feet, the backboard with inscriptions J. ARNOLD and E. GREENWICH (restorations to base)
