A CLASSICAL MAHOGANY DRESSING MIRROR
Possibly by Rufus Pierce (w. 1827-circa 1830), Boston, circa 1828-1829
The rectangular mirror plate flanked by spurred scrolling supports with applied metal rosettes above a rectangular case fitted with three drawers, on ball feet, the central drawer with chalk inscription on interior, JLBurts, appears to retain its original brasses (feet possibly later)
23in. high, 21in. wide, 7½in. deep
