A PAIR OF STAFFORDSHIRE SALTGLAZED RETICULATED BASKETS
Circa 1760, probably Whieldon
With shaped-scroll rims and handles, moulded with hazelnuts and leaves about pierced trellis work, on a basket-weave ground; together with a saltglazed leaf-shaped pickle dish the branch handle issuing bellflowers
