The inkpot of waisted cylindrical form with central well and four quill emplacements, printed in the 'Bell Toy' pattern with a Chinese woman seated in a fenced garden beside a table with vases at her right, a young boy playing with a stick hung with bells at her left, and with scattered Chinese figures and a pagoda in a garden, the underside with red-painted collection number 'C^-116', 4in. (10.1cm.) diam.; each vase of gu shape, printed in the 'Three Flowers' pattern and with trailing morning glory and scattered butterflies, 6in. (15.2cm.) high (3)
