Painted in the 'Church Gresley' pattern with cornflowers and pink roses reserved within oval and lozenge-shaped cartouches on an iron-red ground edged in gilt to form a geometric pattern between bands of gilt laurel, the flaring cylindrical pot with fixed ring handles and set into a conforming stand
