Each formed as an octafoil dish centering a white blossom, the tall compote with triple crane stem and tripartite base, comprising: three dessert plates, two short compotes and a tall compote; together with a Joseph Holdcroft shell-moulded bowl, circa 1880, JH monogram mark, naturalistically splashed in tortoise-shell enamels, raised on three cockel form feet
