A GEORGE IV MAHOGANY AND PARCEL GILT CENTER TABLE
In the manner of Gillows, the base circa 1825, the marble associated and with a later frame
The octagonal top with waterleaf carved edge surrounding an inlaid marble and hardstone top including green fossil marble, portosanta, alabaster and onxy supported on a ring turned fluted and waterleaf carved baluster pedestal and raised on four hipped later gilt-highlighted foliate carved down-swept legs terminating in scrolled toes
29½in. (75cm.) high, 33½in. (85cm.) wide, 25in. (63.5cm.) deep
