The larger "rose-Imari" with boughs of pink peony and gilt mums alternating with blue ground panels of flowerheads on trellis and with blossoming prunus, a large pink lotus head centering the cover and the interior with a scene of two Chinese ladies in a garden, the other similarly decorated in Chinese Imari colors with floral sprays in the interior
