The rectangular eared top enclosing a green baize-lined interio, above a plain frieze, on fluted tapering cabriole legs headed by acanthus, on scrolled feet, previously with concertina-action and now converted to a gateleg-action, inscribed in pencil on the underside 'Charles/Williams/.../1843', the back legs later
