Possibly incorporating elements of Louis XIV period, possibly reconstructed in the 19th century, inset with a tooled leather panel, with cushion frieze centred by a putto mask carved with fretwork and C-scrolls with foliate cabochon border, on legs with scrolls, masks and flowerheads joined by pierced, arched, scrolled and foliate cross stretchers centred by a flowerhead on square fluted feet
