Tasting note: Colour varies from lemon gold to rich warm amber, at least one with a slight brownish sediment; intense bouquet, toasted, crème brulée, vanilla and twist of lemon, peach and orange blossom, ethereal yet sometimes a bit hard, medium-sweet ( for Yquem), rich, assertive, with crisp acidity giving it a dry finish.
