the shaded indigo field with overall diagonal rows of polychrome hooked and floral panels together with hooked leaves, in double border of palmette with hooked batton and crab-rosette between chequered panel and rosette stripes, outer angular floral vine, reciprocal skittle-pattern and barber pole stripes, date cartouches at one end, (AH 1333, 1914 AD), slightly corroded black, small old repairs, part kilim rewoven at one end --312cm. x 160cm.(10ft.3in. x 5ft.3in.)
