A Victorian cast iron hall stand, late 19th century
Possibly from the Coalbrookdale foundry, later green painted overall, the arched top and sides of the openwork backplate with eight hooks around a central bevelled oval mirror plate, with foliate swags beneath, a scrolling foliate bracket descending past a reeded retaining bar to the base, with twin lift out trays with diamond date marks underneath -- 83½in. (212cm.) high
