Attributed to Keller, Late 19th Century,
Each reeded backplate surmounted by a scallop-shell, issuing four scrolled candlearms, with leaf-tipped lobed drip-pans and faceted nozzles, possibly originally with additional candlearms, stamped 9-B/3, 29B, 1 and 2 respectively
