Damaged capsules. Some signs of old seepage. Bin-soiled labels. Lot 477 one cork slightly raised. Levels: lot 476 one base of neck, three very top-shoulder, one top-shoulder. Lot 477 three top-shoulder, two upper-shoulder, one mid-upper shoulder
Purple/red. Sweet, dark chocolate/briary aromas with hints of tar and roasted meat. Richly flavoured palate with dark chocolate/berry fruit, looseknit but slightly bitter tannins and long finish. Good overall balance but is unlikely to improve. Will hold.
