modelled with the father standing carrying a basket and a pouch, his two boys standing either side, on an oval base, incised signature to base -- 5½in. (14cm.) high; an ivory okimono of a man crouching on rockwork above an octopus amongst waves -- 6 5/8in. (16.8cm.) high; and another okimono of a warrior, standing on an oval base wearing robes and carrying a sword -- 6½in. (16.5cm.) high, (minor chips and restoration, head replaced on warrior).
