The rectangular case set to the cover and reverse with "lacque burgauté" panels depicting a Chinese garden scene to the coral push-piece with single-cut diamond terminals opening to reveal a series of Chinese signs, circa 1925, 8.5 x 6.0 x 1.5 cm
