Designed as a flowerhead, set with a central hexagonal-cut engraved spinel to the old mine and old European-cut diamond frame and petals, to the old European-cut three-stone surmount and oval-cut pink sapphire top (accompanied by a brooch fitting, and fine neckchain of later addition, surmount and sapphire top not illustrated), brooch circa 1790, pendent fitting with pink spinel circa 1895, 44.0 cm
