each painted with a vignette of a British view within a scroll-moulded cartouche, titled to the underside, the border gilt with scrolling foliage and foliate sprigs, with shaped gilt rim, comprising: two two-handled oval dishes, two two-handled circular dishes, two two-handled square dishes and seventeen dessert plates, printed green marks, retailer's marks for James Green & Nephew, London, early 20th century (one plate with stapled repair, three plates cracked and crazed, one plate crazed, some surface scratches and rubbing to the gilding generally); and a Coalport plate painted by Arthur Perry similar, signed (some surface scratches and rubbing to the gilding generally)See illustration (24)
