A Meissen saucer
painted in Schwarzlot and gilt with merchants in a harbour side vignette, within shaped oval cartouche gilt with scrolls and puce Laub-und-Bandelwerk, below a border richly gilt with scrolls and a gilt-line rim, the underside with three puce flower sprays, blue crossed swords mark and gilder's T./.., circa 1740 (small rim chip, minor rubbing to gilding and surface scratches) -- 12.5cm. diam.
