A Chinese jade and silver hand mirror
late 19th/early 20th Century
the oval mirror set with silver mounts, repousse decorated to the reverse with precious objects with a central celadon jade plaque carved with further precious objects and scattered mounted hardstones, with celadon jade handle and silver mounts modelled as bats -- 9 1/8in. (23.3cm.) long, (small scattered brown marks to mirror, minor wear).
