The manuscript register replacing the printed one is written on paper in brown ink, 9 lvs., 31 lines, rubricated, ruled in brown ink. (Yellow edge dye seeped into some fore-edge margins.) Contemporary blindstamped pigskin over wooden boards, panels tooled with Kopfstempel and wavy double fillets, rosettes, 2 fore-edge clasps, yellow edges (rebacked at an early date in pigskin, a few scuff-marks).
