The rectangular hinged top inlaid with mahogany panels, opening to a plain interior with a small open compartment, the front inlaid with three rectangular marquetry panels centred by a palace and surrounded by a featherbanded and star-motif panel, the sides inlaid with a lozenge rectangular panel, on ball feet, restorations
