A Louis XVI ormolu-mounted, white and black marble striking mantel clock
The circular white-enamelled Roman and Arabic dial signed à Paris, within a drumcase containing the movement with silk-suspended pendulum and outside countwheel strike on bell, surmounted by an urn with grapes of vine and floral swags, flanked to either side by an urn with grape finial, above fluted columns terminating in an oval base flanked by urns, on a rounded rectangular plinth and toupie feet, three foliate mounts missing
