Surmounted by an urn, centred to the front by a circular dial inscribed MANNHEIM PARIS, flanked to each side by a dragon handle, supported by a fluted column, flanked by three graces holding flower garlands, on a shaped square base, each side centred by a plaque depicting a continent, on a spreading base, on twelve feet
