A LOUIS XVI CREAM-PAINTED BED
Decorated overall with bulbous guilloche borders, each arched padded end centred by a pair of laurel and rose wreaths flanked by ribbon-tied foliage swags and acanthus finials, upholstered with a polychrome checker pattern on a white ground, on ring-turned feet, with later iron brackets and wooden castors (not illustrated), previously with cross-struts, repairs to the side-rails, possibly extended in length, redecorated, with three sets of bed linen, the bedcovers supplied by Axel Vervoordt
