A FAMILLE ROSE MOULDED COFFEE-CUP AND SAUCER
Circa 1730-40
The deep cup modelled as a lotus flower with overlapping shaded pink petals on the exterior, the green stem forming the handle and one foot, and two smaller flowers the other two feet, the saucer modelled as an open lotus leaf with wavy rim, the feet similarly formed from a stem and small flowers on the underside, the interior enamelled with a cricket amongst lotus and other flowers, minor chips and extremity restoration
