circa 1760/1770
Cartouche-shaped flattened case, the hinged lid enamelled in translucent blue, green and orange en basse-taille with an urn, leaves and flowers against an incised trelliswork background, pierced scrolling thumbpieces, the inside cover fitted with bevelled mirror, plain gold base, reeded sides
