Three surimono, the first an okubi-e (large-head portrait) of the actor Ichikawa Danjuro VII as Kagekiyo, performed in 2/1824, poems above by Kyokado, signed Gototei Kunisada ga; the second, an okubi-e of the actor Ichikawa Danjuro VII as Arajishi Otokonosuke, from the play Date kurabe Okuni kabuki, poems above signed Kaoen Orai and Shibaen Morisuna, signed Kunisada ga; the third, a beauty seated beside a brazier with a teacup in her hand, the background decorated with cherry blossoms and a fan-shaped cartouche above subtitled Sakura [no] hana (Cherry blossoms) and inscribed with poems by Bunbunsha (Bunbunsha Kagikomaru) and Bunshosha Ashichika, signed Gakutei--generally good impressions, faded, soiled, stained and rubbed
