A Large Famille Rose-Decorated Celadon-Ground Bottle Vase
Daoguang seal mark in iron-red and of the period (1821-1850)
Decorated with four panels depicting flowers of the four seasons within gilt ogival borders reserved on a blue-green ground decorated in a thin white glaze with chime-hung lotus sprays below a bat and ruyi collar, the similarly decorated neck also incorporating the sanduo; such as peach, pomegranate and finger citron, and Shuang xi symbols, all within decorative borders enhanced with gilding at the mouth rim and above the band of blue key fret encircling the flared foot ring
