Of smooth, flattened pebble form, one side of the stone carved utilizing the feathery russet inclusions with a sinuous chilong gazing at the sun, the reverse of white tone carved in shallow relief with another chilong and a four-character inscription in seal script reading Le yue zai ren he (Joy lies in the harmony of the people), stopper
