Mark of Gerardus Bruyns, Gorinchem, date letter indistinct but possibly 1688, also struck with later Dutch duty mark of 1853-1927
Lobed oval, repoussé and chased with flowers and foliage, with shaped rim, divided into four oval compartments, the reverse of the rim with engraved initials IVH, marked on rim
