Probably 17th Century, apparently unmarked, the glass Antwerp, 17th Century
The glass bowl with radially ribbed upper section above an engrailed band and with traces of gilding, the silver cylindrical stem formed as a brick wall, surmounted by three scrolls supporting a windmill applied with three figures of millers climbing a ladder, the mill with moveable sails, gilded sundial and curved spout
