The funnel bowl engraved and with traces of gilding with David and Jonathan clasping hands under a sunburst, on a grass sward with David's harp and an arrow, flowering foliage below, the reverse inscribed GULHARTIGE VRIENDSCHAP (Generous friendship), on a beaded knop above an annulated section and double-knopped stem filled with spiral airtwists, on conical foot
