A Dutch-engraved light baluster goblet
Engraved by Jacob Sang, signed and dated Amsterdam, 1752
The funnel bowl with a small rearing stallion on a sward and a foliage rococo cartouche suspending beaded swags beneath the inscription AUREA LIBERTAS (Golden Liberty), the stem with a knopped section above a beaded inverted baluster section with basal knop, on a conical foot, the foot signed and dated in diamond-point Jacob Sang Fec: Amsterdam, 1752, small chip to the underside of the footrim
