Attributed to Jacob Sang, circa 1763
The generous funnel bowl with a continuous scene depicting the monumental elaborate fenced gates of a house inscribed Tulpenburg before a park and flanked by high hedges partly concealing a house and formal garden, beneath the inscription HET GROEYEN EN BLOEYEN VAN TULPENBURG (The growing and prospering of Tulpenburg), the stem with two angular knops above a beaded inverted baluster section and basal knop, the conical foot inscribed in diamond-point Jacob Sang, inv = et Fec = Amsterdam, 1763
