An integral part of Everton's success in the mid-1980s winning the European Cup Winners Cup and two Football League Championships. He also appeared in three successive F.A.Cup finals, 1984, 85 and 86, picking up a winners medal in the 1984 final. He joined Glasgow Rangers in August 1988 where he continued his successful playing career winning many major Scottish honours with the Glasgow side THE FOLLOWING LOTS 71 TO 113 RELATE TO THE CAREER OF GARY STEVENS
