A BELLE EPOQUE ROSE QUARTZ, IVORY AND CHALCEDONY PARAKEET, BY CARTIER
The realistically carved rose quartz parakeet, with cabochon sapphire eyes, clenching a carnelian branch with a chalcedony claw, perched on an ivory stand enhanced by agate terminals, to the carved agate tripod base, (one claw deficient), circa 1915, 12¼ x 4 ins., in its original Cartier red leather fitted case
