in the form of a house with a mansard roof punctuated by small chimneys and a decorative balustrade centered by a glass windowed turret above a spindle inset cornice and a glass-covered plaque inscribed F. de Yong 1884, above an arrangement of columns and glass panes punctuated by openings, the center with an oustet door topped with a balcony, the base with a fence and street lights above a Dutch inscription
