10'', with gilt-finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf's tooth winding, engraved gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, decoratively pierced gold hands, the circular case (No. 244647) with engraved floral decoration and white enamel border to the bezel, the hinged back bordered by white enamel and chased and engraved floral and foliage decoration, centered by a diamond bordered by white enamel, black enamel and translucent light blue guilloche enamel decoration, further bordered by small diamonds, accompanied by Patek Philippe Certificat D'Origine et de Garantie, Patek Philippe original fitted presentation box, case and cuvette signed and numbered, dial signed, movement numbered

The present lot is exceedingly rare as it includes the Certificate of Origin dated 17 August 1907, and the original fitted box which bears the movement number.
