Tasting note: Richly evolved and with a mature mahogany rim; a peppery, very fruity, blackcurrant sauvignon scent, sweet and exciting. Unquestionably a most attractive wine, its tannin and acid finish are not out of line. One was tantalised by its flavour. MB November 2000.
