With rounded ends and sliding tray, painted in the style of Muhammad Isma'il, the top and sides with cartouches with rococo golden frames depicting scenes from the epics of Sheikh Sana'an, Khosrow and Shirin, and Bahram Gur together with landscape panels, the red base and tray with gold scrolling vine, the interior with mother-of-pearl covered inkwell, re-lacquered, slight restoration
