signed on the barrel Fraser Bond St LONDON, with draw-tube focusing and rack and pinion adjustment to the sprung stage, with curved and straight brass attachments to hold a bull's-eye condensor or stage forceps, five numbered objectives, Lieberkühn, live box, substage mirror, forceps, one ivory-handled and two wooden-handled probes, three ivory sliders and a brass canister with retaining rings, in the original fitted green plush-lined and fishskin-covered wooden case, with two brass hooks and eyes, the microscope arranged to screw into the threaded brass ferrule on the lid -- 6 7/8in. (17.4cm.) wide
