An unusual electric powered 3½in. gauge model of a North Eastern Railway Class EB1 0-4-4-0 electric locomotive No. 11,
built by S.R. Spalding and now fitted with a single 12v. motor with gear and chain drive to two axles with rechargable battery and removable body revealing rheostat, ammeter and forward/reverse switch. External details include twin bogies, sanding boxes and pipes, wooden doors, unglazed windows, hand irons, sprung catania wire pick-ups and other details, finished in NE livery -- 13½ x 29½in.
